Simon first started throwing parties in order to give him and his DJ friends a chance to collectively enjoy the music they loved with other like minded people. It's now several years later and he’s still hijacking the city’s radio waves, taking over the clubs and making a racket.

Right now one of London's most dependable underground house shows is HOUSE FM’s [socialise] and with Simon Page and his co-host Rob Stringer manning the controls that should come as no surprise to those that appreciate their underground sounds. Regular HOUSE FM listeners will already know [socialise] from their drive-time radio show broadcast over the city of London’s airwaves each and every Saturday afternoon come wind, rain or shine. [socialise] characterise their sound as a dubby, low slung, stripped-down version of underground house coupled with an irresistible blend of earthy bass and a warm melodic vibe that also makes it interesting listening for people who don't want to dance.

“The initial philosophy behind my [socialise] party was to ignore barriers and focus on the music played and the attitude of those present, something which is still paramount today at all of my parties. I feel that the atmosphere in a venue is as important as anything else in the key to a successful party, just ask our friends; music lovers who are simply out to have a good time with like minded individuals. [socialise] has always aimed to appeal to an older crowd that enjoys socialising with good music and will always continue to. We already have the web-site and radio show to act as a base for people to get in touch and find out where the next party is and we're evolving all the time.”
